To be entitled for full project reimbursement I confirm that:

I don't arrive later than the time covered in the infopack;
I do not depart before the time identified in the infopack;
I can obtain the cheapest tickets (3rd/2nd/basic class tickets);
I have to book my main tickets (flight/train/bus) both ways before the set deadline;
I can add only 1 piece of checked-in luggage;
I can arrive/leave within the total of 4 days from the arrival/departure day;
I have to choose the most direct route from your city of residence to the project venue;
Gas checks & car rides will not be reimbursed unless confirmed by the project coordinator beforehand;
Taxis can only be reimbursed in the case of no other public transportation available at night time (after 00:00 and before 06:00);
