Merchant Application

Be sure to fill out the entire application.
A couple of quick tips:

Double check the spelling of your store and contact name(s)! This data is added to our spreadsheets, the website merchant list, the merchant mailing list, and the sim access list for setup. So it is important that it is right.

PLEASE be sure to use actual avatar names NOT display names! In world search will not bring up your profile via your display name, and our mailer can not locate you to send merchant packages to you either.

Double check your slurl. If we can not find your store we can not accept your application!

If you move it is your responsibility to notify us of this new location. Stores that can not be located while checking applications are automatically denied (we will try a second time after 24 to 48 hours). We understand moving sometimes is unexpected, but we don't have time to chase down merchants who move and don't notify us.

If you do NOT have an in world location you need to give us your Marketplace link instead of the slurl. Also in these cases please indicate in the additional comments section how you will be advertising your store's participation in the event. Merchants typically must put out a sign however, no in world store means you will have to have another way of advertising the event as part of your participation. This is an important piece of being a merchant in events!

This is for anything else you need to tell us (store being remodeled, recently moved and still setting up, or anything else important for us to know) and to verify that you have read the merchant rules and requirements. This is not a good place to ask questions please contact Rox Arten in world instead if you have questions so they can be answered quicker. Applications auto fill to a spreadsheet and questions may not be seen immediately. Any other comments or information we might need? Include details if more then just the main contact needs to be sent the merchant packages. If MP only store please ensure you tell us here how you will spread the word that your store is in this event as you don't have a store to put a sign up at!
