Stony Brook University Manufacturing Technology Research Consortium (MTRC) is offering a fully paid scholarship to a two-weeks long Robotics and Design Innovation Summer Program designed for students who will be in 7th to 12th grade for the 2021-2022 school year. The camp is preceded by a week-long pre-camp starting July 12, 2021, which will require students to complete certain activities on their own as assigned by the teaching team.

A full scholarship will be awarded to 30 qualifying students from 7th grade to 11th grade, who are accepted in the program.
3. All applicants are required to submit the following:
a. Recommendation from a teacher/non-relative mentor (teachers will be sent a link to complete this)
b. A statement on why you want to join this camp?
c. Agree to the Waiver and expectations.
If this form is not completed in full, we will not process the application.
4. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but we expect to fill all positions by May 31, 2021. Students from underrepresented school districts are encouraged to apply.
