Strip Space Pole Rental Form
Please fill our the requested time, dates, and use for the pole. 

Pole required minimum 8 foot clearance (short extension)
Or can be a maximum 11 foot tall (standard height)

We also have dance floor tiles if your pole will be placed on uneven flooring or carpet.

If the pole is to be set up outside, we stabilize the ground with a rug. Please tell us if this is going outdoors.

Pole rental starts at $150, and will increase by mileage and hours needed. We will reply back with a quote once all details are submitted. 

You assume all risk and responsibility for the area and people that use the pole while in your possession. Consider having participants sign a release of liability waiver.  All rentals require a valid CC on file which will be deleted once the pole is returned in the same condition it was received.

What time should the pole be picked up? Please allow 30 minutes for us to break down and load up.

Please add any notes about the set up. Include where we should park and load out, and note if we are bringing our equipment up stairs or in an elevator. All these details are important for us to decide if we need 1 or 2 people for set up.  *
