Host Interest form! 
Hello lovely readers and bloggers! 
  •   Are you a fellow bookworm that loves reading? Do you enjoy supporting indie/ self-published authors? Then this is the place for you to put your creativity to use!!  
  • This is a way for you to help authors spread word for their books they have worked hard on. You, the readers/bloggers are very important to authors. With you reading and spreading word about their book/books, you are helping them be able to achieve their dreams of being an author. It takes readers for them to succeed. 

By becoming a host, you do not have to accept every tour that is open for sign-ups. You can pass on ones you don't like or if life is too busy at the moment.

While we are so happy and thankful to see everyone who signs up, it does not automatically guarantee you a spot to become a host. We don't care about the number of followers you have, or how aesthetic is your feed. What we look for are some of the following...
We look for accounts that are engaging with their posts, do you respond back to those who reply? Are you active on your stories? Do you leave reviews and if so how do you leave them.

Are you an active account.
You don't have to post daily but we have to see that you don't take several days or weeks to post.

You must have public account; it cannot be set to private.

Also, please know we prioritize amazon as the place to leave reviews, you may leave them elsewhere, but amazon is important here, so we ask for a screenshot or a link of your amazon review.

          What you get by signing up for being a host!
  •  With almost any tour you sign up for you'll get an E-arc or E-book (Not physical copies)

  • Occasionally authors will gift one physical copy to one of the host that participates in their tour. After the tour is over.
  • Also, as a thank you for being such amazing hosts and supporting the wonderful authors, Equality Book Tours will be hosting giveaways from time to time for our host! In order to take part, we ask that you please follow us and stick around and participate in being a host at least more than once. This is our way of saying thank you to those who actively participate
  • We will include heat/spice level, triggers and any other details about a book when we send you a sign up for that tour.
  •  If any of this sounds like something you'd be interested in, then sign up below. We can't wait to have you join the Equality Book Tours #foundfamily! This might be lengthy, but you will only have to fill this one out once. 
  • As always, our email and DM is open. If you ever have any questions, please let us know! Please check spam, promotions etc. If you haven't heard from us. At times our emails like to sneak in there.

On Equality Book Tours, Amazon is our main priority for Review Tours. Other platforms are welcome, but Amazon is key.

You will keep all information and sensitive material confidential, and that if this agreement is broken, you will be removed from Equality Book Tours as a host.

By selecting yes, you're agreeing to keep character art/cover reveals confidential until release. You will not sale the art. You will not share any of the covers or art before the tour date. Any ARC and content within the arcs should remain confidential until release day as well.

If you agree to a tour, please do your best to participate on that day. We understand life gets busy or things happen, but please let us know asap so we can do our best to fill your spot. Or let us know if you can participate on one of the other days we offer. 

If you sign up for a tour and do not participate/ communicate with us on what's going on, and if you agree to a make-up day and you miss it...You have three chances to for any of these things to happen then you will be removed as a host.

  Do you understand that authors will be providing ebooks only. 

Also, any ARCs you receive may have a few minor typos or formatting issues. This will not be the published book. Please be kind and keep that in mind when you review.

If you choose not to finish the book/ posting a review, we ask that you please let Equality Book Tours know. If your review is overly critical or negative, do you promise not to tag the author? Do you understand that if you bash an author or talk negative about them during the tour that could lead to you being removed as a host. If your review is, let's say, less than a three-star review, please stick to promotion posts only during the tour and then post your review afterwards. 

We will not stop you from being honest- all we ask is to be kind to the author and do not tag them in negative posts.

This is a community and a family. Let's spread the love of books, not hate. Anything but kindness and you will be removed.
