All participants must show proof of full vaccination with a CDC-approved vaccine plus at least one booster dose, wear a well-fitting N95 or equivalent mask indoors, and provide proof of a negative antigen test. Please mark your agreement to adhere to this policy.

Many hands make light work!  Please consider volunteering an hour of your time during the weekend to help with setup, tear down, snacks & water, door sitting, and other tasks.  We'll contact you to schedule a task. Would you be able to volunteer to help for an hour during the weekend?

We have a limited number of work-trade discounts available if you are willing to work (and miss some dancing.)  We offer reduced admission of $90 for a 4-hour time commitment.  Work-trade is subject to approval. Please pay the $90 now, and our work-trade coordinator will contact you. If work-trade is not available,  you can either pay the balance of the full fee or request a refund.

Your donations to NBCDS help support the cost of events and subsidize scholarships.  If you would like to add a donation, please indicate the amount here. (Add it to your registration fee if you will be writing a check. For online payments, please use the separate PayPal buttons for the registration fee and the donation as explained on the Epicenter Registration web page.)
