Conditions of Entry
At least one person in the entered boat must be a full member of the LCOA.
Declaration
i) Insurance cover for third party risks of at least £3,000,000 will be in effect for this boat for the duration of the event.
iii) The helm and crew of this boat will be bound by the World Sailing Racing Rules of Sailing, the prescriptions of the RYA, the rules of the Lark Class Owners Association, the sailing instructions and any amendments thereto.
iii) I grant the Organising Authority, the LCOA and event sponsors the right, in perpetuity, to make and show any photography, audio and video recordings, and any other reproductions made at the venue during the event without compensation.
