Curbside Meal Pick-Up Order Form
All virtual students and secondary students (grades 7-12) with an afternoon in-person hybrid schedule can pick up bulk meals from the National School Lunch Program. Students will be charged or provided free/reduced meals based upon free/reduced eligibility.

Bulk meals will be available beginning September 1, 2020 and meals will be provided for a five-day period. The meal pick-up location will be Governor Mifflin High School every Tuesday from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
