MITOC Surfboard Rental Request

All members who rent a surfboard from the MITOC fleet for personal use (i.e. not part of an official MITOC trip) are required to complete this form and agree to abide by the following rules and policies:

1. You must know how to swim.

2. Board leashes are required - please use it at all times when in the water!

3. Never surf alone. Always surf with a partner or have a buddy within eyesight on shore!

4. Return surfboards and related gear in better condition than when received. You can rinse sand and salt off of gear outside the boathouse. Please do not put wax on the soft-top boards. Report and detail any damage to the Surf Chair immediately.

5. Wetsuits: Rinse with clean, fresh water after use and hang to dry. Please only return wetsuit gear to the boathouse when it is dry and clean.
