Wellness Proposals for Medical Students 
The Student Affairs Office is dedicated to events and initiatives that promote student well-being at the Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Submissions via this form may be suggestions for SAO-overseen events, initiatives, or programs, or may be proposals for a student-led effort.

To apply, please fill out this application then email Tiffany Wong (tswong@bu.edu), Student Wellbeing Program Coordinator, in order to set up a meeting to discuss your proposal. 

Please note that an activity is only eligible for either Wellness Funding or SCOMSA funding. Student groups receiving funds from SCOMSA are not eligible to also apply for wellness funding

A student-led activity is one which students propose, request funds, plan and execute with the support of Student Affairs. A Student Affairs resource or program may be anything from recommending a program to promote student wellbeing, to inquiring about a wellness resource.
