Active Kids Voucher membership purchases - Upgrading and transferring
This form applies to members who either:

- have incorrectly purchased the wrong membership CATEGORY and wish to either upgrade or downgrade to a different category with the same club, and their initial membership was purchased using an Active Kids Voucher

- are transferring clubs and their initial membership was purchased using an Active Kids Voucher

If the member requires an upgrade:
1). Member completes the form below
2). Member pays the difference in fees directly to the club (outside of Swim Central)
3). Club to contact Swimming NSW about processing the change of membership through Swim Central (please ensure your club is aware of this step)
4). Swimming NSW will invoice the club for the difference paid from the SNSW and Swimming Australia components

If the member requires a transfer:
- DO NOT at any stage press the ‘Transfer’ button on the old membership as refunds are not able to be processed through Swim Central when an Active Kids Voucher is used. This process will void any of the below steps and SNSW will therefore be unable to return any monies owed.
1). Member purchases the new membership
2). Member completes the form below, and emails admin@nsw.swimming.org.au to notify of form completion
3). Swimming NSW will refund the member the Swimming NSW component that was already paid for the initial membership
4). If desired, member to contact Swimming Australia (support@swimming.org.au) to request refund of the national component paid for the initial membership

If another family member is also upgrading or transferring, a separate form must be completed.
