This is a short application form to apply for a project grant from round 2 of this scheme which is funded by Lambeth Council Public Health and managed by Norwood Forum. The scheme is designed to fund projects that will genuinely impact the all round health and wellbeing of those most in need of support in our community, and you will see the list of local priority groups later in this application. We welcome grass roots run projects, pilot projects and partnerships.
You must run your project in Norwood and be based in Norwood to apply. (This means within the London Borough of Lambeth – from its Gipsy Hill border through to the southern border of Brockwell Park). The maximum you can apply for is £2,500, but if your project only requires £100 it will receive the same care and attention.
DEADLINE EXTENSION TO 11.59pm Monday 8 May 2023, and the decision of the adjudication panel will be final, and subject to funds being available. On receipt of your application you may be asked to provide further details.
