Pizza cookie DIY kit from Giovanna's Gourmets

Thanks for your interest in Giovanna's Gourmets cookies. Cookies will take a minimum of 3 days before they are ready for pickup or shipping (they are fresh made to order.) This form is to request the DIY pizza cookie kit and orders are not confirmed until invoice is paid. Invoice will be sent after I have reviewed your requests, and must be paid within 24 hours or order may be cancelled. Please look for this in your email, and don't forget to check your spam.

Cookies are almond flavored (Giovanna's preference). **Note: the almond flavor that is used is nut allergen free.** However, Giovanna’s Gourmets is NOT a nut-free bakery. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination with our baked goods. Giovanna’s Gourmets and its owners will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any other dietary restrictions prior to placing order.

Address to ship package. Shipping prices are calculated based on actual USPS charges to your destination with an additional $2.50 added. Packing cookies to ship is a time consuming process, and requires additional materials. This will be approximately $11-$15 depending on destination. If you want one order to be shipped and another to be picked up, please fill out 2 forms. Thank you. Please include name to ship and complete address.

How many pizza kits would you like? These are $34 each and will make one very large 10" pizza! Including: 8 large cookies with all the trimmings to make the perfect pizza. Comes with 3 icing colors, 2 bags of each color, so more family members can be involved at one time, 4 custom made topping candies of mushrooms, pepperoni, black olives, and peppers. You will also get the pizza box, complete instructions and the checkered parchment paper to perfect your project.
