By clicking "yes" to this statement, submitting your order, and receiving food from the KSC Hungry Owl Food Pantry, you acknowledge and understand that the food and personal care products are a gift and are not a recurring obligation by Keene State College, The Hungry Owl, or our fiscal sponsors. You further understand and agree that by accepting donated food and personal care items that you freely, voluntarily, with full knowledge, hold harmless, and in no way liable or responsible for the quality, condition, or packaging of food, the college, its officers, agents, employees, students, donors, volunteers, and food suppliers. You also agree to the Keene State College liability release, which is available on the KSC website and agree that you have read it, and Exhibit A which states that there may be a risk of slips, trips and falls, cuts, burns, food borne illness, and cross-contact of various food allergens within and outside of the Hungry Owl Food Pantry.
