PSMS ELBC BROKEN CHROMEBOOK APPOINTMENT REQUEST
Greetings Viking Parents and Scholars,
If you have a school issued ELBC device that has been broken or is not working properly.  Please complete this form and schedule a date and time for the device to be seen by our CCPS Technology representative.  Please be advise that appointments are only scheduled for Tuesday and Thursdays. You will need to select the earliest date to bring the device in to be seen.  You will need to notify your teachers that you have submitted a date for the device to be seen by a CCPS technology representative in which they will be aware of the possible absence.
