The Ryerson and Burnham Libraries and Art Institute of Chicago Archives accept requests for class visits on a limited basis. For the 2024 spring semester:
— Class visits must be requested at least two weeks in advance.
— The Reading Room is reserved for class visits between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
— Instructors may request up to 10 items (Libraries); 10 containers (Archives); or a mix of materials from the Libraries and Archives consisting of no more than 10 objects to present to their classes during their visit.
