Meet 2x a week: once in person and once virtually on zoom
In-Person: Friday's at 9:00a- at hygge wellness (2128 Remount Rd. Charlotte, NC 28208)
Virtual: Sundays at 10:00a
Day 1 in person: March 5th at 9:00a
Day 1 virtual: March 7th (zoom link will be emailed once you've registered)
$249 - 2x week (1 in person & 1 virtual) + 2 app workouts/week
$125 - 1x week virtual option ONLY + 2 app workouts/week
What's included:
1. 8 or 4 workouts (depending if you're doing both in person and virtual (8) or just virtual (4)) designed to help you gain strength effectively and properly.
2. In addition to the face-to-face workouts, you will receive 2 workouts to do at home on your own in between our classes so you can keep the momentum and stay in a routine. This is for both, only virtual & combo members!

Welcome to The 360 Method: Level UP; a program created for Pregnant/Postpartum individuals looking to properly and effectively gain strength through pregnancy and postpartum. Join Jamie, our Pregnant and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and Personal Trainer, as she coaches you through 45min/1hr classes focused on moving well, healing properly, strengthening from the inside out, and feeling stronger than ever. These workouts will be tailored specifically to you and your goals through small group setting and the incorporation of modifications and alternative movements to meet you where you are.
