PEACE [Peer Education And Community Empowerment] is a peer-to-peer education program in the Cross-Cultural Center dedicated to building critical consciousness and active allyship. As PEACErs, our role is to actively engage in dialogue and self-reflection on social identities and systems of power and privilege.

PEACE members will have access to resources and support from the Cross-Cultural Center to collaborate on the creation of educational workshops and training regarding identity exploration, advocacy, and cultural competency.

PEACE members are responsible for attending a one-hour weekly meeting (day and time TBD) and contributing to PEACE events. PEACErs also have the option to receive transcript notation, which requires 40 hours per quarter. PEACErs are also compensated with quarterly gift cards.
