2024-2025 AA Alkathon Committee Lead Nominations
The Alkathon is made possible by a group of trusted servant leaders. In accordance with the 9th Tradition of rotational leadership, the Alkathon Committee is seeking volunteers to organize the Alkathon for the upcoming year (2024-2025). Please nominate yourself or a friend to be a leader for next year’s Alkathon. Voting for next year's Alkathon's trusted servants will be held Tuesday, December 26 at 1:30PM at 5th and O'Neill.

Sobriety requirement for all positions 6 months with the exception of Treasurer, which is 2 years. Lead commitments are for 2 years.
The outgoing lead will train the incoming lead to ensure there is support as positions turn over.

Deadline is 10PM on Monday, Dec 25.

In-Person Lead (enter nominee name)
Organizes logistics for in-person meetings including, but not limited to, coordinating with the Church, working with volunteers on gathering supplies, open and closing the Church throughout the Alkathon, etc. 6 months sobriety requirement.
Online Lead (enter nominee name)
Creates project plan, manages the website and email, creates group/service participation forms, manages the lottery, creates/delegates flyers. 6 months sobriety requirement.
Treasurer (enter nominee name)
Responsible for overall budget for the Alkathon. Creates supply inventory. Receives final funds and distributes accordingly. 2 years sobriety requirement.
Literature Person
Coordinates literature supplies (Big Book, 12 Steps & 12 Traditions, etc.) for the Alkathon. Receives funds for literature purchased. 6 months sobriety requirement.
Volunteer Coordinator
Coordinates volunteer sign-ups and ensures volunteers are aware of roles and responsibilities. 6 months sobriety requirement.
