Performer Application Deadline: until spots fill

This contract is for performers only. Not everyone that applies will be accepted. We will not oversaturate the different art categories by having the same type of artists at Artist’s Bash. The more unique your craft, the better! You will be notified if you were accepted or not.

To thank you for showcasing your talent at Artist’s Bash, EACH PERFORMER will receive:

- $10 stipend
- 2 water bottle vouchers to use day of event

- Pumpkin or gourd from the event's pumpkin patch
- A merch item created by Dynamic Pawz with your name/logo as a token of our appreciation
- There will be a tip jar during your performance. We also recommend bringing signs that have your QR codes.
- Advertisement through paid ads, digital flyers, flyer handouts, social media spotlight posts, signs, etc.

To have a set at Artist’s Bash, you must perform live on stage. Singing/Rapping over lyrics is not allowed. Do you have live versions of your music? *

There will be children at the event. Music must be clean. No cursing, foul language, or derogatory words.

Please arrive 1 hour before your set time. Full compensation will not be provided to performers that arrive late. Set times will be created as soon as we confirm all performers.
