Fees: $45 a day per player 
**If you sign-up for all 4 days, it’s $160 instead of $180**

HALF of your camp fee is due after registering on this form as a “deposit”. 
  • If you attend 1 day, $22.50 deposit is due. If you attend 2 days, $45 deposit is due. If you attend 3 days, $67.50 deposit is due. If you attend 4 days, $80 deposit is due ($20 savings for attending all 4).

This must be paid via Venmo (@CYVBCSurge). If you do not have Venmo, email CYVBCSurge.clinics@gmail.com to drop off a check to the Y! 
  • This “deposit” is non-refundable after June 1, 2024
  • Any deposits not made within 30 days of sign-up will result in the spot opening back up. We want to be fair and allow all players to come that we are able to have!!

**CYVBC SURGE WILL STILL BE HOLDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY CLINICS, SMALL GROUPS, AND PRIVATE LESSONS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER. We  have all of these dates posted to our website in April**
