LIABILITY EXEMPTION AGREEMENT

I hereby accept the following:

1. I am participating in Serbian Acrobatic Festival Thing on days 28th August - 02 September 2024 offered by Nenad Savkovic and Jelena Kikic at Palic, Serbia during which I will receive information and instruction on acroyoga and acrobatics. I recognize that acroyoga and acrobatics require physical effort that can be strenuous and can cause physical injuries, and I am fully aware of the risks and dangers involved.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a doctor before and with respect to my participation in any or all activities of “Serbian acrobatic festival thing” organized by Nenad Savkovic and Jelena Kikic - I represent, verify and guarantee that I am physically fit and I do not have any medical condition that prevents my participation in any or all of the activities.

3. In additional consideration of being able to participate in any of the offers of “Serbian acrobatic festival thing” with Nenad Savkovic and Jelena Kikic knowingly, voluntarily and expressly renounce any claim that I may have against “Serbian acrobatic festival thing”, Nenad Savkovic and Jelena Kikic, or any of their subsidiaries, for injuries or impairments I may suffer during the class.

4. In addition, I indemnify and exonerate “Serbian Acrobatic festival thing”, Nenad Savkovic and Jelena Kikic and their successors and assignees of each and every one of the damages, responsibilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees relative to any claim by a third party resulting from my practice or instruction in the field of acroyoga or acrobatics.

5. I, my heirs and/or legal representatives, accept the exemption from liability to “Serbian acrobatic festival thing”, Nenad Savkovic and Jelena Kikic, and any of their subsidiaries for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read the previous version and the disclaimer, and I fully understand its content.
