MONDAYS:  Kripalu Yoga -  Register for Flow and Restore (6:15-7:30pm) - This class is designed to cultivate mindfulness, integrate breath and movement, and help you achieve balance for the body and mind.   Flow and Restore is a calming yet stimulating yoga class with a mix of active flowing sequences and passive restorative releases. Poses are held for a longer period of time allowing students to find their edge and soften into restful relaxation.  Pranayama and meditation is also weaved into the class. Props are used as tools to become more aware of the body and listen to its feedback. This class is for all levels.***Bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets are props used to help you feel supported in your practice. (We have these props at the studio)

THURSDAY Kripalu Yoga - Register for Beginner Flow  (6:15-7:30pm)  This class is slower paced but is an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. These poses will be carefully sequenced for your enjoyment.    Pranayama and meditation is also weaved into the class.  Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.  If you want a slower flowing class to help reduce your stress while learning yoga or you are restarting your practice than this is the class for you.  All bodies and all levels.

NEW!!!  Candlelight Restorative Yoga  (Special 90 minute Class) 6:00-7:30pm -
Restorative yoga relaxes the muscles by using props to support the body. In some restorative postures, you will also receive a gentle stretch. Restorative yoga poses are held anywhere from 5–20 minutes. The mental health benefits of this gentle yet profound style of yoga, attributed to BKS Iyengard, are well-documented—from reduced stress, anxiety, and depression to improved sleep, and overall quality of life. We will begin with extended breathwork and a candlelight meditation. Come to release and let go of tension and worries, taking up residence in your mind and body ….. and leave it on the mat. All needed restorative props will be supplied. Class is $20.

NEW CLASS !!!!  Yoga Tone Sculpt -  Yoga Tone & Sculpt is a form of exercise using all the classic principles of yoga combined with the use of light weights. Gain all the benefits of yoga together with the added impact of weight training techniques to boost your exercise routine. Traditional yoga stretches to increase flexibility and mobility of the joints while added weights increase the resistance of the exercise to help improve muscle tone and strength just as it would when weight training. The key difference with Yoga Tone & Sculpt is while you build power and tone up, there is no loss of flexibility and fluidity of movement. So you’re getting the best of both exercises in one session. The outcome for you is great body tone, longer leaner sculpted muscles, extra flexibility and quicker improvements.  ***Please bring your own light weights. Two sets of different weights if you prefer, otherwise one set is fine***
NEW!!!  Yoga and Mindfulness  for Pre-Teens and Teens (Special 75 Minute class for ages 12-16) -  

This class provides a non-competitive environment for teens and preteens to explore more complex poses and asana than in classes for younger children as well breathing exercises, movement games, mindfulness activities, and much-needed relaxation techniques. 

Students learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way, while still being playful and fun. Classes often revolve around a philosophical theme and may include discussion, journaling, or mindful art.
