Please, fill out the information below in order to request a mentor for physics majors and minors.  All physics majors will get mentors within the physics department.  Physics minors may get mentors upon request.  This form provides information so that we can assign an appropriate mentor.  Mentors are selected from the departmental mentoring committee, with consideration given to the distribution of students among faculty.  We cannot promise you will get the mentor you request, but we will take requests into consideration.

If you already have a mentor, but cannot remember who it is, email Christine.Nattrass@utk.edu with "Physics Mentor" in the subject to request a reminder.
