By registering for the IC3 Regional Forum(s), attendee agree to share their contact and demographic information set forth on their registration form with UnivAssist Inc. (Organiser) and authorizes certain attendee information (name, title, organization, state and country) to be reflected in the delegate list available to all attendees. Organiser will not share other information with third parties without the attendee’s consent except with the IC3 Regional Host School. All IC3 Regional Forum attendees irrevocably consent to the use of the attendee’s image and name in all forms and media (including, but not limited to, photographs and/or video produced during the forum) by Organiser and its assigns, licensees, and successors, including advertising throughout the world, in perpetuity. Organiser is permitted, although not obligated, to include attendee names as a credit in connection with the images. The registered attendee/Organization agrees and acknowledges that Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, members, agents, directors, officers and employees, shall not be liable for any damages, losses and/or expenses (including costs of litigation and attorney’s fees) arising out of or occurring in connection with his, her or its participation in the IC3 Regional Forum(s) and including, but not limited to, injury to person (including bodily injury, sickness, disease, emotional injury or death) and loss or damage to property, regardless of whether such injury, damage or loss results from accident, sickness, acts of war or terrorism, quarantine, natural disaster, or any other cause whatsoever, and whether directly or indirectly within or beyond Organiser's control. In the event Organiser is unable to conduct the 2020 IC3 Regional Forum(s) due to any cause beyond its control, the registered attendee(s)/Organization hereby acknowledge and agree that he, she or it shall not be entitled to a refund but, instead, any amounts paid shall be credited towards a rescheduled IC3 Regional Forum(s). Organiser shall not be responsible for any IC3 Regional Forum change for any reason(s) including, but not limited to, safety, security, weather, natural disaster, pandemic or other public health crises, strikes, hostilities, terrorism, civil unrest, airport closings, late air, sea, car or motor coach departures or arrivals, travel warnings/advisories or other applicable governmental advisories. Organiser will not provide any compensation, refund or credit for any charges, fees or expenses paid or owed directly to third parties by any registrant (such as air travel booked directly with an airline) in connection with a cancelled trip or an itinerary change for any reason. Registration fee, if any, is non refundable.
