Cultural Connection to Healing (Spring Sessions).
This is Full. We will be running this again.
Each week we discover new concepts of culture that can support our healing journey.  Our group is only accepting ten registrations. These themes will reflect our cultural ways of knowing, being and doing.

This group starts April 25, 2024 , and runs every Thursday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Located at 17510-102ave, room #103.  This group runs for six weeks. Each person will learn tools and techniques that are focused on Culture and Healing. Each week we complete an experiential project and end with a sharing circle.

The cost is covered by FNIHB or IRS. Since there has been restrictions with using FNIHB as coverage, our group is also covered by IRS.

There are premade kits each week that are provided.  Please let the facilitator know if you can not attend a session.
We are only accepting ten registrations.
This group is facilitated by Leigh Sheldon Registered Psychologist from Swan River First Nation
