Health Canada Strychnine Ban
Health Canada has banned the use of strychnine to control Richardson’s ground squirrels (prairie gophers) in Canada. Health Canada is allowing Canadians to submit a notice of objection regarding their decision to ban this pesticide. A number of my constituents have reached out to me to let me know their thoughts on this decision. If you would like to let me know your thoughts on this issue so that I can better represent your views in Ottawa, please fill out the questions below.
