This is an opportunity for practitioners to move from talk to action in a supportive community of peers. The Practitioner Community of Practice (PCoP) is designed as an emergent space where participants grow from deep practice and encouragement. Participants will contribute to co-creating a place where people are seen, belong, and develop leadership and power within their respective roles.
The application is divided into five sections:

* Program Questions
* Commitment Agreement
Please allocate enough time to complete this form accurately and completely; it will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

CoP Costs:
* Independent Practitioners: $350
* Organizational Practitioners: $9,950
