25 Vendors needed (No direct sales)

1. Date & Location: Saturday, September 14, 2024. 10:00 am until 4pm. (please be setup no later than
9:00am with any vehicles not part of display removed as well).

Located at Fainting Goat Brewing Company. 102 W. Parrish Dr, Benson NC, 27504
2. Applications & Space Assignments: Assignments are made on a first come, first served basis. You may
purchase more than one space if the standard 10’ x 10’ is insufficient. In your best interest, tents should
be used for heat and sun protection. You will need to provide your own tents, tables, chairs, power source,
etc. Payment must accompany applications in order to be processed.
3. Notification: An email will be sent upon receipt of application and payment verifying your spot at the event.
4. Trash & Clean Up: Trash receptacles will be provided for all participants throughout the event space.
Vendors are expected to keep their area clean and orderly. We appreciate your cooperation with clean up.
5. Refund Policy: Application fees will be deposited upon receipt. Automatic refunds will be made to any
vendor not accepted. No refunds will be given due to weather or vendor cancellation. ALL
APPLICATIONS ARE FINAL.

6. Application fee is $30 for a Standard, 10x10, Space.

The venue, Fainting Goat Brewing company, will open early to allow vendors access to restrooms.
