Assalam Alaikum dear community members!

Many of us aspire to teach our children the Holy Quran and the Hadith of the prophet (Peace and Blessings be unto him). Alhamdulillah, now it is possible! We are excited to be launching our Summer Tilawa Program for Children aged 5 to 12. In this program, students will learn basic understanding of Islam such as learning how to pray, respect parents, fasting, concept of love, mercy, faith, truth, halal, haram, etc. They will also study the Arabic language, understand Hadith, and learn the proper way of reciting the Holy Quran.

Here is some information about the program:
Time: Monday through Thursday (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Semester: July 1 – August 15 (7 Weeks)
Ages: 5 – 12
Tuition Fees per Semester: Members: $200 per student and a $50 for each additional family member
Non-member: $250 per student and a $100 for each additional family member

Please submit all payments online or via cash or check (payable to Islamic Society of Akron and Kent) to Sr. Sakeena at the front office.
