Peace Valley's mission is to offer a robust Waldorf education by nurturing children's innate creativity and utilizing the arts and nature to inspire them to become lifelong learners. Donations are critical to make our educational model possible. Idaho Charter Schools like Peace Valley receive 65% of the funding per student than a traditional public school. This means that a traditional district school of our size receives $1.22 million more than our school in per pupil funding from the state.
This year, we have a funding gap of $120,000. This breaks down to a contribution of $400 for each student attending Peace Valley to meet our funding gap. This equates to $44 per month per student during the nine months of school.
Our goal is to have participation from all families. Whether you can afford $100 per month, $44, or $4, we would love to have your financial support this year.
