We are excited to announce that we have planned a modified Field Day!  Unfortunately, we are unable to have our usually "Fun Afternoon" however, we have planned a few surprises into our Field Day plans!  

The Prairie View PPA is going to purchase a Field Day T-Shirt for each student.  In order to place our order, we will need to know what shirt size to order for your student(s).  So, please fill out the form below, or return the paper form that has been sent home, so that we can place our order ASAP.  Thank you for your help
