Technology Needs and Permission Survey
This form is to help St. Paul the Apostle School determine family needs for technology, get feedback on how our remote learning is going, and get permission for teachers to use YouTube to provide instruction. We will be collecting family names so that we can provide help to those families who need internet access and other technology. Thank you for filling this short survey out. Just a few questions are required, most are optional.  We appreciate you taking the time when we know you are overwhelmed with emails. We want to provide the best instruction for your family as possible in the current situation.

YouTube for instructional purposes.  Some of our teachers would like to use YouTube as a means of delivering instruction. Examples of this are to explain a new concept, show a Science lab demonstration, read aloud to students.
