- Yes, we guarantee RETAIL ORDERS after we: check our inventory, weigh your order, calculate a total for you, and confirm pick-up time & location with you.
- Yes, we only process beef in the fall. We will not be adding to our retail inventory until December of 2024. When it's gone, it's gone.
- Yes, every year we do sell out, mostly to our repeat customers.
- Why don't we sell more retail beef? Great Question! Because 94% of our customers enjoy the cost savings and convienience of buying halves and wholes from us in the fall. 4% are JUST here for the ground beef & SUPERFOOD BLEND, and 2% of our customers either want to try-before-they-buy in bulk OR they ran out before their next beef was processed. That's why we keep a bit of retail inventory on hand.
- Why don't we ship beef or offer regular deliveries? Another great question!
Because Seek First Ranch offers so much more than just great beef. We know we can best serve the majority of our customers, care for creation, manage our time, and support our family by not stretching ourselves too thin. (And because when we say "local beef" we mean local beef.)
