1.  Please fill in and submit the “Application for Registration Form”
2.  Please make fee payment via Wire transfer to the HSPD bank account, Eurobank, Greece

3.  Please email Proof of Wire Transfer of the payment, as well as your declared name and email address, exactly as written in the “Application for Registration Form”, (as well as Proof of Status, for Postgraduate students) to info@hspd.gr
4.  Once payment has been verified, you will receive the unique webinar link to your email (Virtual attendance).
5.  Deadline for “Application for Registration Form” and email with proof of wire transfer is 11 June 2021
6.  Please note that the Organizing Committee will strictly adhere to the in-person participation priority list, compiled in a “first verified – first served” manner, abiding by the State and local regulations governing Conferences at the given time.
7.  Upon submitting the “Application for Registration Form” you explicitly consent and agree to the “Terms, Conditions and Policy” of the Hybrid Conference.

As the Conference is going to take place as a Hybrid Event (given the option of a Virtual attendance or in-person participation), your registration (when completed and verified) will grand you Virtual Attendance.
You are kindly requested to state if you would like to participate in-person. If so, please select Y (yes) in the option given below.
Invoicing
If you wish an invoice to be issued to a specific company/ institution (for your services booked & paid presently or in the future) please state so below. In this case you will be asked later in the payment section to complete the entity's billing details.

If you do not choose this option, kindly note that a tax receipt will be issued to your personal data provided above. The tax receipt is also a valid documentation for finance purposes.

Kindly note, that if you need to change this option in the future, it might be an adequate administrative fee.
