OPEN MIC SLAM- Time Registration
DMSI would like to celebrate  the end of the semester by creating a space that is filled with expression through art. This event has been inspired by El Centro’s “Abre El Micrófono, Abre Tu Corazón event. Similar to this experience, we would like to provide a space for all to come and share any form of Art  they are deeply passionate about. In this gathering people may sign up for a 5 minute placeholder that will reserve their slot. We will reserve the last 30 minutes for reflections, comments, or questions the audience may have for our artists. DMSI wishes to offer this as an opportunity to destress and unwind right before Finals Week. We hope this will provide an opportunity for folks to get to know one another and build community.
