This form is for you to officially sign up to be a host and participate in virtual KSTO Workshop Day (Oct. 15th) as well as let us know the workshop you will be hosting!!!  KSTO members will be in contact with you with more information, the codes, and set workshop times.  Please keep an eye on your email and thank you for volunteering to be a part of KSTO Day!
