In completing this form, I declare that:

1) I am not a prohibited person within the meaning of Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968 (as amended).

2) I meet at least one of the following conditions:
a. I hold a Firearm Certificate permitting me to use the firearms that I shall fire in this competition for target shooting.
b. I am a full member of a Home Office Approved Club, will be shooting as a full member of that club and will use any firearm for which I do not hold a Firearm Certificate only in accordance with the applicable exemptions to S1 Firearms Act 1968 (as amended).

3) Any ammunition I use will comply to the following range safety requirements:
a. No Magnum rounds to be used.
b. Jacketed bullets may only be used at the discretion of the Chief Range Officer on each occasion.
c. Maximum Calibre .455 inch Maximum muzzle energy 645 joules = 475.7 ft lbs.
d. Maximum muzzle velocity 520 m/s = 1706 ft/secs.

4) I agree that results and classifications may be published on the internet or elsewhere. (Please note that only your name, competitor number, class and score will be posted.)

5) I agree to abide by the Rules of the Meeting and I will accept the decisions of the Match Director as final.

6) I will comply with the mandatory requirement for eye and ear protection.

7) All firearms and equipment that I use will be in a good, safe and serviceable condition and not pose a risk to others.
