Recognizes organizations or individuals from outside Continuum of Care (CoC) funded programs who are spearheading efforts that support the reduction and prevention of homelessness in Western New York.

Examples include: Affordable Housing Developer(s), Agencies serving survivors of human trafficking, Disability Advocates, Disability Service Organizations, EMS/Crisis Response Team(s), Funding Collaboratives, Head Start Programs, Homeless or Formerly Homeless Persons, Hospitals, Indigenous Tribes, Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs) (Tribal Organizations), Law Enforcement, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBTQ+) Advocates, LGBTQ+ Service Organizations, Local Government Staff/Officials, Local Jails, Mental Health Service Organizations, Mental Illness Advocates, Organizations led by and serving BIPOC (Black, Brown, Indigenous and other People of Color), Organizations led by and serving LGBTQ+ persons, Organizations led by and serving people with disabilities, homelessness reduction and prevention advocates, Private Foundations, School Administrators and Teachers, Substance Abuse Advocates, Substance Abuse Service Organizations, Victim Service Providers, Domestic Violence Advocates, Youth Advocates, Youth Service Providers, etc.
