Harlands 100 Club Sign Up Form 2021-2022
The purpose of the 100 Club is to raise funds for the school. For the academic year 2021-2022 the funds will be allocated to school projects to be decided jointly between the school and the PTA. The money will be paid into the PTA bank account and used to meet funding requests, providing equipment, resources and opportunities for pupils and the school as a whole. I/we understand that Harlands PTA will receive from ourselves a sum of £20 which buys a number (TO BE ALLOCATED BY Harlands PTA on receipt of the money) for entrance into the HARLANDS PTA 100 CLUB for the period of time between September 2021 – June 2022.  Both Harlands PTA and I/we agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions. *
