• Please make sure that your purchase has already gone through. If there is no receipt sent to you, that means you were NOT charged. We will not take action for purchases that were never charged in the first place.
• Please make sure that you have already forwarded your purchase receipt email to
support@kurechii.com before submitting this form.
• Through this form submission, we will verify the status of your purchase and recover your missing item(s), NOT a refund.
• This form submission will only be used for ONE missing purchase. If you have multiple missing purchases, please submit a new form for EACH missing purchase.
• If you are looking to refund, please request through the appropriate form instead.
