Refresh - We begin with an in-home meeting to discuss your potential new furniture, window treatments, art, accessories, etc. We will outline your project scope. No additional trades involved. Minimum Project Retainer $3000

Remodel - We begin with an in-home meeting to discuss painting, wall paper, moving/removing walls, updating flooring, cabinetry/builtins, countertops, etc. If you haven’t selected a licensed contractor to work with, I can connect you with trusted professionals. Minimum Project Retainer $5000 *All remodel services require critical coordination with specialized trades and require project oversight.
