Mindfulness: Basics to Awakening is a 4 session series.
4 Wednesdays: Nov 6, 13, 20, 27 6:30-8:30pm
Location: Bolder Options/2100 Stevens Ave, Minneapolis
This series focuses on the basics of mindfulness and practicing them in our daily lives.
Each session is designed to build on the previous. We will build our understanding of what exactly Mindfulness is, why it’s so important in our daily lives, and how we can start right now.
We’ll use easy to learn and use methods for starting Mindfulness and practices that will reduce stress and suffering, and enhance joy, peace, and well-being.
Each session will include discussion and learning, practice, and review of “homework.”
Cost: $90
*This includes materials (worksheets, handouts, etc), a Mindfulness: Basics to Awakening journal, and audios of meditations to use through (and after!) the series.
