Anita Devi has been facilitating Networks for SEND Leaders / SENCOs for many years.  Different geographical locations and using different platforms.  She is known for her ability to connect strategic and operation leadership, while ensuring SEND Leaders reduce the workload and manage wellbeing.

In 2018, #TeamADL launched SEND Leaders Connect Advanced (SLCA), which is a very specific format to enable SENCOs to capacity build their staff / provision and develop their leadership skills simultaneously.  The sessions run once a term for 90 minutes  and include practical ideas around effective management, leadership skills and an area of need.  The style of delivery is deigned to empower SEND Leaders to use the materials in their respective settings and train staff.
