If you worked as a madrich/a last year, would you like to work with the same teacher? Or would you like to work with the same grade?  If so, please indicate grade and/or teacher below.  This is not a guarantee, but we will do our best.
If you have a sibling or siblings at CAARS, what grade are they in?
If selected as a Madrich/a, I will attend class weekly for the entire school year (at least 75% of classes), I will arrive on time each week. If I cannot make it, I will let CAA know a week in advance. I understand that I am  a dugma - role model - to my students and a responsible teammate with my mentor teacher.  I also understand that there will be mandatory training sessions throughout the year, and I will be required to attend these trainings in order to enhance my classroom skills and learn more about being a leader and a Madrich. My virtual signature below confirms that I understand these expectations and will abide by them, and understand there are consequences for not abiding by these guidelines. *
CAARS Faculty Training is Sunday, August 29 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
