Prompt: Black History Month is discussed in many ways-from award winning thesis to hip-hop videos on MTV. This past year has been a year to reinvent, reconnect, and rebuild who we are as people. How would you define a better you? How do you keep the culture alive? How do you reconnect with others? How does Black History help you become who you are?
- Must be an original piece of poetry, spoken word or song
- Performance should be 2-5 minutes long.
- Get creative! Utilize Tik-Tok, make a YouTube video, or any other video platform to showcase your talent.
- No cursing or foul language allowed.
