因應2019冠狀病毒病的最新情況，康文署於七月十五日（星期三）起暫停開放所有較早前重開的康樂和文化場地／設施，嚴重打擊體育教學工作。

現希望透過本問卷，了解體育界工作受疫情影響的情況，收集相關數據，以便向有關部門反映並促請協助渡過難關。

In view of the latest situation of COVID-19, the leisure and cultural venues/facilities reopened earlier are temporarily closed starting from July 15 (Wednesday) until further notice. Sports teaching has been seriously affected.

The information collected in this survey will enable us and relevant government departments to have a better understanding of the impact of COVID-19 on sports sector.
