The idea of our retreat is to relax, learn, share, support. All activities are optional to attend and you can choose to stay in your room for the entire weekend if you wish! Sometimes peace and quiet are what's needed most!

All food, refreshments and workshops (topics TBC) are included. BYO alcohol.

As you may know, most retreats are much more expensive than this. We keep our costs low because we all pitch in with meal prep, cooking and cleaning up.

We also ask that those who attend run a short workshop for the other attendees.
