EPS Transportation Information Request 2024-2025
The Transportation Department is organizing our school routes for the upcoming school year.  To ensure that we understand the needs of our families, we require an updated Transportation Information Request for every student prior to the start of school.  Unless otherwise indicated, students will be routed to and from the most current information on file.  
 
IMPORTANT NOTE:  For safety purposes, we DO require that a parent or adult be visible prior to releasing a kindergarten student from the school bus.  Our drivers will not release your child if an adult is not present, nor will they release your child with an older sibling.  (Preschool students must have an adult present at the bus both morning and afternoon.)  In the event that an adult is not present, your child will remain on the school bus and return to the Primary School or the Transportation Garage until which time we can make arrangements for your child to be picked up.  In an effort to keep our buses on schedule, please be at your child's assigned bus stop at least five minutes prior to your approximate drop-off time.

Reminder:

● A new Transportation Information Request must be submitted each school year
● Students are to ride their assigned buses only
● Changes are not allowed without prior approval from the Transportation Department
● Permanent changes require a new request form and 72 business hour notice
● Only one request per student

Transportation Requests are due no later than August 09, 2024.
Requests received after this date may not be available on the first day of school.
