2024 Patriot Basketball Middle School Spring Clinic Registration
The Middle School Spring Clinic runs Wednesday nights at CCHS starting Wednesday, April 24th through May 29th for boys in Grades 6-8
  • Sessions are 7:00 - 8:30pm
Tuition for the clinic is $180 (A minimum of 15 players are needed to run the clinic - families will receive confirmation via email a few days in advance)

Players do not need to submit a physical or immunization record for the clinic. Unfortunately, we cannot prorate the tuition for this program.
